1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Onbada, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create on Onbada (e.g., messages, Q&A posts, course materials if you are a mentor). By posting content, you grant Onbada a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the platform.

Platform Content: Course materials, seminar content, and other educational resources provided by mentors are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without permission.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

4. Payments & Credits

• Course enrollments and seminar registrations may require credits, which can be purchased through our platform.
• All credit purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
• Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Mentors receive payouts according to our payout terms and schedule.

5. Mentor Terms

Mentors are independent providers and not employees of Onbada. Mentors are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, the quality of their content, and compliance with applicable laws. Onbada reserves the right to verify mentor credentials and remove mentors who do not meet our standards.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onbada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Onbada in the 12 months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onbada operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
